What this service is
Work performed upstream of loss: identifying the hazards, design weaknesses, and process gaps that create risk, and giving operators, institutions, and their counsel a defensible path to correcting them. For commercial and institutional clients it includes pre-loss inspection aimed at reducing liability exposure — structural integrity, machinery and guarding, pressure systems, equipment condition, and physical-plant hazards. Occupational-safety inspection is performed under a certified safety professional working with the firm; the engineering inspection under Dr. Wince’s credentials.
